Food was good but the angry waitress got our order wrong 3 times. And we even had a dish missing that was never served. My... son and I were in an excellent mood and were super polite and friendly, the waitress just hated everyone with a scowl on herface all evening. Games afterward were as expected. First time back in many years! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. It would be nice to see a few more games... geared to little kids and more options for prizes that aren’t so high in ticket exchange. We were short a few points and my 6year old nephew was so disappointed, but the gentleman helping us was so kind, he used his own card and covered the points wewere short! It made his day! If you want to get the most for your tokens, go on a Wednesday! They offer half off. We wentthrough all of our tokens in less then a half hour ????so I’ll be sure to go back on a Wednesday!!! Gotta say, I come here with my son. He loves the games and the overall atmosphere! We went today like normal. Got his tickets in... and then we went into the shop & he got his prizes. Decided to get food, asked to be sat down & then the dilemma started. Askedfor a manger and Ronnie or Ronny ( didn’t get the correct spelling ) this manger/supervisor was a true testament to customerservice. Speak to people with respect and they respect you back, he listened and took initiative. Treated my son with respectand allowed him to pick where ever he wanted to sit, that to me is overall. Long story short I’m glad I stayed and didn’tleave. That interaction alone kept me a customer Game & Food wise. Must Try the Bavarian pretzel & the Cantina nachos youcan’t miss with these two apps. It was a nice time- we celebrated a birthday, party of 8. The food was good, the drinks were strong. Two people in our group... have shellfish allergies, however the servers were great with accommodations. It wasn't very busy which was good. Definitely agreat time Read more

Sat at the bar while my son was hanging with his friends. Grabbed myself a drink and some wings. Service was fast and the bar... staff was very attentive. My drink was fantastic believe it was called "Henny's Nirvana" . Wings and truffle fries were equallyas delicious. Read more
We went on a Saturday morning for my sons birthday. Just a family lunch not a full on birthday party. The waitress was nice and... the food was served promptly. It was pretty good. Disappointing that they no longer have the deals where you can order food andget play cards for the kids. The kids had fun playing the games. One issue that was concerning was the fact that they only haveone bathroom which is all the way in the back corner of the game room. It was very difficult for my father, who had a disabilityand a cane, to get to the bathroom. I really think a large place like this would have more bathrooms and accessibility. Read more
