So I ordered a pizza with half sausage and pepperoni and all extra cheese . The pie arrived with no extra cheese and one half... sausage and one half pepperoni. That is not what I ordered . So I called and they were very polite they said hey would you likeus to remake it or credit you. We said okay just credit . I always liked going here, always loved the food. I recently got off the phone with a rude young man because I tried to cancel... my order and receive a refund and he would not allow it. It is now 8:26p when the food should?ve been here by 7:45. Butanyway, I called at 7:45 to cancel the order and the young lady stated The food was already on its way and asked what was myreason for cancellation. I told her I did not need the food any longer to which she had a young man answer the phone. Completely spoke to me as if I was a child and kept repeating the word ?like? after every word as if I couldn?t comprehend. Hethen explained the same thing the young lady did and stated they made the food already and it?s on its way. I explained thatsince I have not received it I should receive a refund because I don?t have the product but he kept repeating himself in adegrading way to mock me and stated ?why would you order the food if you Didn?t want it or knew that you couldn?t accept it ? That?s not nice?. Like bro are we children? Who has the nerve to say that? I explained that I can?t control if something comesup in my life as things happen outside of peoples control. He then says he will issue a credit and leave it in a ?credit book?for the next time I come in?.as if I would again. If he?s in charge, he has an immature, terrible, unnecessary attitude thatI?ve never experienced in my life from someone that works with customers. Customers get under my skin too and it may cause meto lose my temper as well but it?s common sense to give a refund for a product you did not receive. Now I?m sitting at home8:30p and still nothing. If me getting the credit also meant that the food was no longer coming, they did not explain that andmade it seem like since it was already on the road that I would still get it or had to take it. Your first impression when you walk in is everything looks amazing and smells amazing. The employees were all tremendously... friendly helpful and efficient. I ordered a slice of chicken francese Pizza and chicken parm Pizza. I also ordered a personalgluten-free pizza for my daughter. The two slices that I ordered I found the chicken parm slice to be better. The chickenfrancese slice the chicken seemed a little dry and lacking in sauce. Jose and his team were INCREDIBLE from start to finish. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We did a tasting at La... Slice and knew IMMEDIATELY we didn`t need to look any further. We tried eggplant rollatini, penne alla vodka, chicken francese (honestly one of the best I`ve ever had), bruschetta( mouthwatering), and more. Then came the wedding day. We had our owncatering staff and they provided the food. WELL...... Jose and his team noticed that the staff were not preforming as theyshould and took the reins. We did a buffet style and he instructed them with the timing to put everything out. He stayed wellpast the time he allotted to just bring the food. Jose takes pride in the joy his food brings to people and we feel so fortunatefor the HUGE roll he played on our incredible wedding day. Lastly, the food for the wedding was out of this world. Every personraved about it for weeks and months after the wedding. The wide selection from pork slides , spinach and artichoke dip, pastasof so many kinds. The careful detail to include all dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, carnivores lol) withoutcompromising taste and selections will be his legacy.
