Wife got me a refresher and it tastes like dish water no flavor no sweetness just dirty dish water
These guys are fast and friendly. Cranking out good coffee and treats to go with. Most recently I placed an order for few... drinks and a sandwich for my son. It was the day before Christmas Eve, and they were humming, both walk in and drive thru. Butthey were quick with our order, and it was accurate. I'm not surprised, these guys are on point. Wish I could give no star. Used to go here everyday and since new staffing?it is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. This is... the first time I?ve ever left a review also?for anything. They made my drink completely wrong and then the manager (who isprobably unhappy being 60 years old, working at Starbucks) tried to tell me ?so you just don?t like it?. Actually, I knowexactly what you made me, and it wasn?t what I ordered. They ran out of (or are probably to lazy to make more) blonde espresso,so they just gave me the house blend. Also no syrup and no cinnamon topping. I know my drink and how it should be made becauseit?s a 6 dollar cup of coffee. No apologies, no good attitude, just a miserable old lady telling me I didn?t like it, while sheeats food behind the counter. The manager should have made it properly, herself, but instead had the same girl who made it wrongthe first time, make it again. Understandable if you?re trying to teach her, but you let her do the same thing twice with noleadership or direction. I would know, being a district manager. It was okay, but two of the workers by the take out counter wouldn't stop talking to each other and listen to customers when... there was a problem with the order. Had to go to the check out counter and they barely stopped when that girl asked them aboutit then started right back up, moving the littlest they could to let her in. This isn't the first time we've had bad customerservice experiences at this one. Please get your workers in order. Take in depth conversations away from where people need towork to help customers. And if I customer is trying to get your attention, and you're not even working, stop talking and helpthem. Read more

Nice, staff pleasant, seems like they are all squished trying to all use the same machines.
