Owners/manager please take note. You have a great staff and they helped get us through the pandemic but lately there have been... some disappointments. Things like, We got Diet Coke instead of regular Coke and cold of old fries yesterday when we ordered?no-salt which usually means hot & fresh. It?s not the end of the world but really disappointing when you drive away then findout. Read more
Clear that management is lacking here. They can do much better working the line of cars. Honestly when the girls are doing it,... not only am I more likely to go eat here haha but they are so much more pleasant and keep things moving. My guy friends agree100%, businesses don?t know? Put a smiling pretty face in front, get way more customers. Read more
Typical Chick-fil-A experience. Great customer service. Food was hot and delivered to table fast. Food was brought to us in a to... go bag instead of a tray, even though I made it clear we were dining in when asked. Order was accurate. Read more
Usually I am a fan of Chick-fil-a but this particular location didn't make a good impression. The person taking our order didn't... seem to be paying attention very well and seemed to be rushing us. Ended up getting a grilled chicken sandwich instead of theoriginal... Not that it wasn't a good sandwich just not what I was hungry for and the trend to be dry. Read more
It pains me to even write this because I normally do not leave reviews but I feel the need to get the word out. We?ve gotten... carry out here 8 times in the month of July as a family of four, usually when we?re in a rush with the kids and literally everysingle time we?ve gone the order has been incorrect. 7 of the 8 times I kept it moving. I went back in once because we got asalad with zero chicken and zero dressing and simply didn?t want to eat a bowl of unseasoned grass. Manager couldn?t careless.Swore we?d never go back. Got in a pinch again tonight and joked about which part of the order they would screw up and sureenough, our order was incorrect as usual. Needless to say, we?re done with this location and hope people also think twicebecause there is no chance they?re only messing up our orders. Oh yea this is how my large fry has come every time! It pains me to rate this chain so lowly but this location by far was the worst I've ever encountered. I walked by three... employees without being greeted, the ones behind the counter didn't acknowledge me for several minutes... had I not orderedthrough mobile, I would have left. The app stated my order was ready, it wasn't. The employees behind the counter began yellingsomeone's name who never came to the front. I had to just say aloud that I just wanted my mobile order. And there was no onereplying "my pleasure." I paid extra for a large Coke Zero but the cup wasn't filled up. I paid extra for large fries butreceived crumbs and half cooked remnants. The sandwich was a disaster... the bun was hard and shredded on the top with blackburn marks (I assume) on the bottom bun. The pickles even looked horrible so, I just trashed everything but the chicken breastand 3/4 cup of soda. Read more
