While service is typically fast during morning hours, today the drive thru employee handed me my hot coffee with a loose lid. It... spilled and burned my hand, leaving it pink and tender. She offered no apology for her negligence, only asked if I needed morenapkins to clean myself up. This is the second poor encounter with the same employee. The first time I was given a sandwich Ididn?t order wrapped in the paper of the sandwich I did order. Again, no apology, just a puzzled look and silence. I live a half mile from this place & have been to this place enough that I'm justified in leaving this review. People, please... know that if they tell you they're not doing milkshakes or the machine isn't working, what it means is they're too lazy to cleanit or they shut it down early. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered shakes just to see if they are going to tell methat they are not doing them, Even if I didn't want to shake and almost every time they say that they are not doing them or thatthe machine isn't working. Their staff is so rude and so slow that it almost seems deliberate. I once sat at the window waitingfor somebody to hand me my food and had 5 employees stemployees standing around having a conversation Only to learn my food wassitting right there at the window the entire time and nobody bothered to come & bring it to me. Drinks not filled, and the most undercooked soggy cold fries with a rotton one mixed in! Normally, they're perfect to over... cooked, but undercooked is a FIRST! Luckily I have an air fryer at home! Read more
This may be the worst McDonalds I have ever attended- and I have been to lot. First, I went to the drive through because I was... going to pick up a single Happy Meal. After waiting a few minutes, I gave up and drove to the first window. No one was there. Then, I pulled up to the second window and no one was there either. So, I went inside and found almost the entire crew at anelevated table on their phones. I stood there for about 30 seconds then turned around to stare at the associates. Two of themplayed ?rock, paper, scissors? then with an exasperated sigh the loser went to the register to take my order. After the food wasprepared and handed to me, I went outside and noticed one of the employees was bringing a bucket of soapy water and a washclothto his multicolored car parked at the online order pick up spot. Yes, he was washing his car at work with supplies meant toclean the facility and kitchen equipment. I promise I will never trouble this establishment with my presence again. Whoever ownsthis franchise needs to spend time at their business and correct it or close it. Read more

Ordered 2 meals of Deluxe Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwiches via drive thru at 12:22 pm Oct 1, 2021. Got home. Opened them up. Both... have obvious bread mold. Gross. Tried to call the restaurant, but no one picked up the phone to answer. Update: Eventually gotin touch with the manager of the restaurant and also with DHEC, who stopped by to inspect the restaurant. They found the causeof the problem and supposedly have made changes to prevent it from happening in the future. That's an improvement, but whoeverprepped and packaged those sandwiches should have noticed and never sold them in the first place. Read more
The service was super fast for my mobile order, and the guy that brought it out was super awesome and nice, great dude.... Unfortunately the food itself seemed to be a product of the fast service. It wasn't really hot, the cheese was barely melted,and it seemed thrown together VERY quickly. I would have much rather waited an extra minute or two for better burgers. It waslunch time, and they were packed, but still... Also, their parking lot is TINY. Talk about a traffic jam! Read more
Chicken nuggets were barely warm and tasted like they had been cooked hours ago. Everything you get at this location is room... temperature at best! It's close by so I keep giving it a shot but it gets no better. We have another one a few miles away thatis excellent. It's not mcdonald's, it's this restaurant. Read more
