Well, I had been spending $300 a week here with in-store purchases, but never again. The ice machine has been down for over a... month, and the ?clerk? charges me 88 cents to walk in the back for a cup of ice. I didn?t pay the 88 cents nor will I everspend a penny in there again. $300 weekly revenue lost for 88 cents, great job Refuel! Now you should know why yourcompetitors are out performing you. The Manager Tammy who prefers messages on Facebook with people in line. After a couple of minutes checked me out without saying... a single word to me, just focused on the cellphone. Sad how society lacks the simple drive to be in customer service, especiallyone being paid to be a manager. If I was the GM, I would find a better person for the face of my location. Read more
If I could put zero I would. First of all your staff is so rude and unprofessional it?s insane. You say hello and try to say... thank you etc, they won?t respond or acknowledge you. No greeting when walking in, also please don?t ask customers to wear amask if your employees aren?t going to. Normally a good place and good ppl but today not good. Who ever the loud mouth cashier was needs to go! Went in at 2pm today... (11/14). Bought beer and cigrettes. After ringing me up and beating on the registrate and then informs me that he forgot totell me that the card reader dosn't work after 5 minutes. I go there almost everyday and don't know who this guy is but heneeds to go. he's loud, obnoxous and high on something! Read more
Some of the pumps don't accept cards. There is usually a wait inside to pay. They do keep it clean and the bathrooms are clean.... You will need to ask for a key to use the bathroom. It can be difficult getting in and out of the parking lot for to position ofthe entrance. Starbucks rush hour clogs be up the road in the area. Read more
This store goes from bad to worse. I would really like to speak to the owner directly. I cannot spend another dime in there... until it gets straightened out. Why would you hire a woman with clear psychological issues, that was fired from 7-11 forcussing out customers? Now she is doing the same in your store.
