Outstanding service! I ordered a 6foot long sub to feed my work crew and they did such a good job with all of my modifications!!... Everyone loved it!! ALL 25 of them!! Thank you so much. I came in the middle of lunch rush on the first sunny Saturday of theyear, and despite how busy they were, they got me out of there with no hiccups. We will definitely have you cater our lunchagain. Based on the fact that I order the same sandwich everytime I go to a Subway, I know they gyped me on my meat. They only gave me... 4 tiny scoops of tuna on a footlong. Literally it tasted like a vegetable sandwich with tuna flavored mayo because they did notput the right amount on, but I didnt want to argue given the managers' obvious language barriers and the fact that they werevery busy. Ill just rememeber to stop at a different Subway prior to stopping at the beach so I dont end up paying $8 for abread and spinach sandwich. Read more
Efficient polite service, great sandwiches! We stopped on our way to the beach to pick up a couple of sandwiches and drinks for... lunch. The place seemed spotlessly clean, and the family there were all very polite and efficient. I've had many badsandwiches at Subways in the past, but what we had today were very good and fresh. In the future, we'll make a point of usingthis particular Subway as our standard lunch place whenever we head to the beach. Read more
I'm all for foreigners getting a job, that's awesome, but the people in here don't speak English well at all. They were all... pretty nice to me at least but it took longer to order because I had to explain what I wanted and they still got it wrong. If itwasn't for a younger guy my order would've taken even longer. There's no excuse for you to not understand English and be incustomer service. Whoever hired them needs a sit down. Read more
Worst subway ever! There are ants everywhere, they do not use gloves. I came in to order sweet tea, and it was out, so i asked... the gentleman if he could make some more, he told me he would give me some sugar for the cold unsweet tea. The service here isterrible. This subway is by far the worst I have ever been to and trust me I've been to some pretty bad ones before. Very understaffed and... super slow service. One of the workers did not know what half of the ingredients were. I strongly suggest avoiding this subwayand use your precious life time getting food somewhere else. Read more
I went in yesterday (Saturday) and today also, both times for a late lunch. They have some decent vegan and vegetarian... choices. This is a VERY clean, well stocked store, especially considering the busy weekend. The store looks newish inside, so Iinquired how old the store was, and the guy said the current owners had it for 7 years now. It looks a whole lot newer or looksrecently updated. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and polite and he helped me choose something good both days. Isaw in other reviews comments about the English speaking ability of the staff, I had no problem understanding this guy! Inparticular, the spinach, purple onion and black olives tasted fresh, and that's a pet peeve of mine when they are mushy orstale. Everything was prepared correctly and tasted great! It's just off the IOP Connector across from the Harris Teeter, aneasy walk from the Turtle Sculpture. I will visit them again next time I'm hanging out on the Island! Read more
