Great selection of smoothies; food was very good.
I used to work at this plaza and frequently visited this particular tropical smoothie and always received kind and conscientious... service with the occasional reminder of them for getting my side. All was good. This time however, I waited at the register toplace my order for over 5 minutes without any greeting or acknowledgement from either of the two staff members behind thecounter. When I asked if there were someone there to take orders, "Wayne" (as he identified himself) of aggressively and verycondescendingly replied "There are two of us here and we will get to you as soon as we are caught up". Once Wayne was graciousenough to take my order, which was a Caribbean jerk Chicken wrap with an apple for a side, he proceeded to make the wrap and setthe bag in front of me then, in a sarcastic tone, wished me a nice day. I thanked him, got in my car and found the wrap to befine with a banana as a side when an apple is clearly indicated on the ticket / receipt. This place has slipped a lot. Read more
I can't say YUM enough. The kale apple salad was so good. My sante fe quesodilla was delicious!! The chicken caprese sandwich... was excellent. You really can't go wrong here. Read more
Placed an online order for a sandwich and smoothie earlier today. I have no complaints about the sandwich, but the smoothie was... awful. It was not blended whatsoever. When I tried to take a sip I couldn?t even get anything through the straw because thefruit chunks were so big. I ended up having to finish blending the smoothie at home but it still didn?t taste the way theyusually do at other locations. I love tropical smoothie but if I?m going to have to finish preparing my food at home then Imight as well just start making my own smoothie.. Read more
