They never are open until 9pm i live right in islip terrace and they don't accept coupons
I visit this establishment 1-2 times a week. That was until today. One employee I can assume is the owner is rude most of the... time but it?s on my way to work so I dealt with it. Anyway I tried to redeem my reward points toward a free sub and was told Iwas not able to. He stated ? you ain?t getting something for free here?. He proceeded to curse at me and my wife even though wewanted to pay for one sub and use points for another. The female employee got in on the action and also hurled insults at us.After about 20 minutes of arguing my subway account got frozen because they scanned my app too many times and we left both subsbehind and was told ?don?t come back here?. I have never been treated so poorly at any business. I called corporate who fixed myaccount. I would steer clear of this subway. They don?t treat customers right, don?t accept coupons, and don?t like toparticipate in the rewards program when it?s time for you to redeem them at their store. There?s a subway on Carlton Ave by HomeDepot 3 minutes up the road if you need subway so that?s where I will go from now on. Read more

Terrible service, and yes the bathrooms never work and they cry to give you more lettuce lol , they are cheap!
Place is dirty, they don't honor coupons, their bathroom is been "under repair" for months, here comes the best part , they are... cheap, their portions are laughable, what do you expect when their owners are cheap. Not coming back. Read more
Your store says it closes at 9pm on Friday?s. Went there at 8. It wasn?t open. Get your hours right.
