Very fast ordering at the kiosk. With photos of the menu options! Lots of outdoor seating. Very clean.
Shout out to the food court!! It was hot, it was so busy they couldn't even answer phones, but they flew out orders out with a... smile. The pizza wait was 25-35 minutes, but there was an employee who made it fun. Smile everyone!!! Smile back. Thank you toall of you behind the counter!! I so appreciated your service. I would give it more stars, but this Costco is always so busy. Last time I was accosted by an elderly couple for ?almost... hitting? them. Though that was a one off, with how busy this location is, interactions like this are common. And yes Costco istypically a busy place, but I?ve been a few times to this location and it?s like bing in line at Disneyland with wall to wallpeople. Read more
It?s Costco food! The Issaquah one is accessed from outdoors, and has self service kiosks. Good cheap pizza and drinks, the... churros are tasty for what they are, and the soft serve is A+. Taking a star off because there?s limited seating, and a bunch ofthe kiosks are usually non-functional. Usually pretty crowded- call ahead for whole pizzas. Read more
Please bring back the panini sandwich! We used to get Costco every single Sunday because of that sandwich and ever since the... pandemic it?s been gone. It was practically gourmet for such an amazing price. Super disappointed it?s gone. Read more
People is very friendly and respectful, but the system on how they process food orders is s**t. If you order by kiosk you will... still need to wait in-line to let them see what?s you order on your receipt(They not call out order numbers ) If you order inperson it?s way faster at this Costco next to no one is there, and once you order your food will be given to you right away(nowait time) while everyone who order by Kiosk before in person still need to wait just doesn't seem logic...? I thought becauseof COVID-19 we want to minimize gathering of people, so going by kiosk make perfect sense, once you order you can step aside andwait till they call your order number. Costco pizza delivers a consistent taste all year round. Being a Costco brand, the toppings and the amount of cheese are... generous. I highly recommend it. You can also get a half and half and create your own pizza. My favorite is half cheese andhalf combo. Read more
