The only person working there tonight. We have to abruptly stop in town and decided one of us is hangry and wanted Subway.... Granted, the mayo was requested to be slathered on first before the meat and told the server after the fact to which weapologized. He was not having it and made face. We hurried out of there right after we profusely apologized, thank wished him agreat rest of the night! He acknowledged so bumping from three to four stars! Read more
Ordered pickup via doordash. When I arrived to pick it up the order wasn't ready. Waited inside for 20 minutes while the staff... was chatting with one client (even though there were other people waiting in line). When they finally finished and I asked formy order I was told "ummm... there are 2 clients ahead of you". At least the doordash support was helpful to cancel the order. Read more
I ordered through the subway app. I asked for a spicy Italian with bacon. There were only 6 pieces of salami and pepperoni, and... I know that?s not subway standard. I also asked for extra pickles and mayo. Not only were there only 4-5 pickles, but mysandwich was dry. I even called the store and asked how much meat goes on the sandwich, and was told 8. The inconsistency atthis store is a joke. Morning shifts usually have excellent workers, but whenever I have ordered in the evening, I receivegarbage sandwiches. The two workers Sanket and Sam were probably the best subway workers, wait, check that, best sandwich shop workers, WAIT! CHECK... THAT!!! Best workers on the westside of the Mississippi to me. They helped me pick a fantastic sandwich and they did so in avery respectful manner. It was the best sandwich I've had in over 10 years. Read more
The guys are always friendly and helpful whenever we come here. Today's experience was far from our previous visits. The girl... clerk, named Mandi, escaped making our sandwiches and decided to do the sandwiches of the guys behind us. She just prepared ourbreads and that is it. No explanation or excuses whatsoever. I placed a pick-up order on the mobile app, and arrived when it said it would be ready for curbside pickup. After 15 minutes... waiting outside, I went in to find out the employees had not even started my order yet. Moreover, they served 3 walk-in partiesbefore starting mine. Read more
