The froyo is typically good and it's easy to drop in. My experiences have varied with service and the state of the operation. I... have been there when it seems teenagers working there are focused on hanging out with their friends rather than stocking thetoppings and wiping messes around the machines. Other times service and management us on point. It might be related to supplychain problems or business slow down, but lately see fewer machines/flavors. It was disappointing that on my visit several of the yogurt options were "out of service", the toppings were fairly low and the... shop needed some tidying up. The yogurt that was available was so soft that it melted quickly, leaving me with a soupy lookingtreat. Read more

The manager was actively involved with her team keeping everything clean, stocked, and fresh. It's hard to find froyo on the... eastside but we found it here. Three of us had the fozen yogurt and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of froyo flavorsand how many topping options they had because it certainly didn't look like many toppings in the photos. The fruit options werefresh. I also had a chai iced tea and it was done right (if you use Starbucks as a standard). Bottom line: if you think itcosts more here don't worry, you're getting more with their quality! This store offers a ton of pastry, froyo & drink optionsin its small footprint.
