Me and my boyfriend went to the drive through and he asked for a second in so we could look at the menu. We were only there for... literally a couple of minutes when the lady rudly said that we were wasting her time and we should have looked at the onlinemenu. don't waste your time. They will be out of what you want or if they have it your order will be wrong. Manager is very rude. ... Many complaints and yet Jack in the Box has done nothing. She is still there cussing and yelling at people and locking thebathrooms. She also canceled my order so I just went to Sonic where the people are friendly and my order was correct. The bathrooms are locked and you have to ask for a key. You would think a locked bathroom would be clean? No, absolutely... disgusting. Only 2 people working so I give them props for having the dinning room open. Overall, place was filthy and food wassub par even for JNB standards Read more
I am very disappointed in the service and lack of work ethic. There was no urgency to take an order when there was no line. We... waited for our order, it took longer than expected but understandable due to being understaffed. However, that doesn't haveanything to do with getting our order completely wrong. 10/10 do not recommend this Jack in the Box. Read more
I have been to this location twice before 10PM. 1 was kinda close 955 so i kind of understood but today i got there at 940PM and... they said they were closed. Went to McD's and when i was leaving more cars were arriving so its not like it gets no business. DQletse me order all the was up to 9:59. Read more
Got a sourdough chicken sandwich that had a different type of sauce on it, like a spicy thousand island, that was far from the... mayo that I'm used to. Sandwich was not good at all. Fries were cold, and the plumbing in the bathroom didn't work. Sad, becauseI don't get to eat at them much anymore since moving to the east coast. Read more
We were going to go through the drive through but my kids needed to use the restroom. We went inside and the place was empty.... Two employees were there. Signs everywhere saying restrooms are for paying customers only. We are a family of 4 and 3 of us(including a 5 year old) needed to use the restroom. I asked for the key and they said somebody was in the restroom. I said okand we started ordering our food. My son really has to go so I asked for the key to the men?s restroom. They said they didn?thave it. The employee using the Women?s restroom had it. So we decided to dine in so we can wait on the restroom. 20 minuteslater and no one came out. We knocked on the door. No answer. By now I have a feeling there?s no one in the restroom and we arebeing lied to. We finished our food and I asked the young man working if this employee was ever going to come out and if he?ssure there?s no other key because my son really had to use the restroom. Like most fast food places you pull through the drive thru and read the menu to order but not here - I attempted that and was... met with a very rude attitude bc apparently a minute and a half was much too long to be looking at a menu prior to ordering andthat I was "running the drive thru clock" and "messing with an employees drive thru time" the second I pulled up to the menu.This was around 3-4 PM on a Thursday and there isn't another vehicle in sight.
