I went through the most absurd process trying to add a gift card. Had to call customer service and was on the phone for almost... an hour trying to redeem a gift card. It was absurd gift card experience ever. I resent ever having been given the gift card. Never give a gift card to Taco Bell. They just can?t handle it. Read more
Food is good but the restroom soap is nasty. The one on the wall is not putting out soap so they put out this bottle that's... clearly made for another dispenser. It's been like this for a while now. I don't like having to touch the bottle of the soapthat everyone else's hands have been on. Nasty stuff. Get it fixed Taco Bell, please. Read more
3 times in a row... 3 strikes im out. All 3 times ordered 2 beef burrito Supreme. All 3 times only 1 beef burrito and some other... random burrito. Rather than turn around to complain I just ate what they gave me knowing I just got ripped off. I would alwaysforget until the next time. So I give up will just not go there anymore. At 9:21pm your store has unlit signs and a cashier ignoring the drive thru on her phone with her back to the window. I sat here... long enough to take a picture and she still didn't notice me ???? Read more
The poor woman working the window was there with only one other employee and she still got us out of the drive through in less... than five minutes. She was so sweet and had great customer service even though they were so backed up. The food was great andthe service was excellent! Read more
