Location seemed to be out of everything. No apple juice or apple slices, no milk, no lemonade. That?s bad enough on its own, but... we mobile ordered and none of that was marked out in the app. Nobody was going to tell us that, either. The staff simply didn?thand us the lemonade and was ready to send us on our way until I questioned it. You?d think I?d asked for a ribeye or somethingwith the way I was told they didn?t have it. He did substitute a frozen sprite, but that?s not the point. If I hadn?t asked, Iwouldn?t have gotten anything. How do I know? Well, they left out the apple slices apparently for the same reason. They alsodidn?t substitute anything else for that. You can?t just not give people things they paid for. COVID isn?t an excuse anymore.This is one of the cheapest locations in the area and it seems like that might be biting them. If you can?t afford to keepinventory, don?t have enough staff to run the dining room (also closed!), and just don?t give customers what they pay for, maybeyou shouldn?t be open. Read more
This McDonalds is located in a very convenient spot, always clean, and even if there is a line, it moves quickly. It's... definitely one of the better McDonalds locations that I've eaten at. Read more
I ordered sweet tea with light ice they give me iced tea with extra ice. Every time I go to a McDonald's no matter where, I have... never gotten my correct order. I always have to check it before I leave the drive-thru and make sure my orders correct. Ninetimes out of 10 I have to go back around and get something that they didn't give me or they gave me wrong. Placed and paid for an order through the app using one of the deals. Got to the 2nd drive thru window and was told I only... partially paid. Then they charged me for the remainder of the full price. When I went in to correct, the manager made it out tobe my mistake. But I ordered through the app! She wouldn't correct so I demanded a full refund and left the food. Read more

Went there for 2 mcdouble. Charged. $5.84. Looked it up on line, should be $1.39 each.I find it hard to believe the tax on... $2.78 was $3. So, am left to conclude I was ripped off by them. Food was warmer than the Addison store. But not worth theprice. We'll just have to find another. Read more
This Itasca McDonald's is consistently inconsistent. Whether it's getting your order correct or your food warm or just good... overall customer service it depends on the day it's hit or miss. All signs point to mismanagement or the management team notbeing active and holding their employees accountable. This McDonald's is right in my neighborhood not far from where I live butfrom this point moving forward I will drive all the way down to Elk Grove village where you'll always get your order correctyour food warm and hot and you'll get top notch customer service I am done with this local McDonald's in Itasca just horrible.Seriously how can you mess anything up working at McDonald's C'mon man. I feel like I don?t even need to explain the issue with this sandwich, I?m sure it?s pretty self explanatory. Biting into this... was completely impossible without having the sauce drip out and splatter. Not to mention how uneven it was from the vegetableorganization while making the sandwich. It wasn?t even lunch time for them to be this inconsiderate on the foodpresentation/prep.
