Let me say that this review is ONLY for this Golden Chick. I've been to some that were great and some that were bad, but this... was horrible. I was drunk and couldn't finish my food! Let that sink in... The mashed potatoes tasted like they were on theverge of growing mold, the chicken was as dry as jerky, and I could have loaded my roll into a slingshot and killed a bettermeal with it. I will say that I have no complaints about the gravy and the cashier was really friendly. But seriously, how canyou make food so bad that a construction worker with the beer munchies can't stomach it? That's gotta be some kind of record! Read more
I never write reviews or places, and I especially don?t write bad ones, but I sat in the drive-through for nearly 15 minutes and... no one even got on the intercom. You could see employees standing out back smoke break, but there was nobody taking any orderson the inside. Read more

Always something wrong with my order at this location. I regularly have to wait 15+ mins for food. Staff are untrained and have... no motivation. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Read more
While passing thru we had an unexpectedly incredible experience, the choice was chick fil a, a ways down the road or golden... chick rn. When, Anthony informed us it might be a min before our food would be ready bc he?d be hand battering the chicken, ofcwe were cool with it. A great guy who put a lot of passion in his job. 10min later I was eating what was surprisingly some ofthe best fried chicken I?ve eaten. Thank you Anthony & golden chick ???? Read more
Tables were not cleaned off. They were out of chicken wings or maybe they just didn't feel like cooking any. I usually like... Golden Chick; this one needs some attention and some players who care. Read more
So we've tried this location several times over the past year and a half, and our main takeaway is that it's just...solidly... mediocre. While you're not likely to get food poisoning or anything, they consistently have issues with overall food quality andconsistent portioning. Sometimes the chicken isn't drained nearly enough to not be greasy (a strange prospect when it's notpulled fresh or recently fresh from the frier), the fries are most often either cold or lukewarm, and they seem to frequentlyhave issues keeping certain side dishes in stock. The employees are nice enough, but it only compensates for so much when thelobby isn't often kept very neat (not to imply dirty or unsanitary, just unkept and disheveled), the soda fountain may or maynot have ice, the soda syrups themselves have run out leaving you with a cup of off-flavored carbonated water, and when the windblows it seems like the front windows are about to buckle and shatter. Now, I've worked for enough restaurants myself to knowwhere the majority of problems usually originate. In this case it does seem like the employees are doing the best with what theyhave, but it appears that the property owner may be severely limiting what fixes to the establishment can be made and that theymay have problems keeping a consistent supply of certain items because of logistical issues. If you select this establishmentand come away with a subpart experience, please be nice to the people working there as they probably don't have much controlover the situation. Very busy place. Service was slow but like I said they were busy. Food was fresh and fast.
