Waited 22 minutes for a 5pc tender meal. Two other customers left after paying for their food because they waited so long. ... Workers were laughing and horseplaying. Very disappointing. If ever in area and I am hungry I will go to St Johns or Alma forsure. Read more

There was a small Taco Bell sign so I missed it at first then realized it was a Kentucky Fried Chicken and a Taco Bell... together! A bit of a wait but everything was fresh and good! Read more
The pictures of their products no where matches what you get. They are getting less and less of meat on all of their product.... Price goes up but product is smaller. I went through the drive through in ithaca and even tho there was only 3 cars in front of me, it took 10 min. I get people being... short staffed and things not being easy during these times, but they could have told the 2 cars sitting at the window for 5 min,to pull ahead. Just another Taco Bell. Generally in the evening anything that comes with natcho chips tastes bitter. I believe it is burnt oil... they are using. It had gotten better but this last time it was bitter again. Read more
