My daughter and i live in syracuse. I work at big lots and was bringing a couch to the ithaca big lots for a customer exchange.... Well it was lunch time and we needed to have lunch before we headed home. We stopped at ithaca Applebee's. We didn't orderanything crazy or fancy just a small simple lunch. When we got there the manager met us at the door took us to table. It wasvery clean and he was very friendly. Our waitress was Irene, and she was so friendly and attentive. When we were getting readyto leave the manager came to us and asked how it was, I said it was great and she(irene) is wonderful. I told him how theApplebee's up in syracuse had no happy people working and they didn't really care. Well in ithaca they all smile, and are verykind, if we go down to ithaca again that's where we will go for a meal. And my daughter loved the little Halloween decorations. Read more
We stopped in on Sunday for lunch and everything was fantastic! Our server was also working at the bar and was HUSTLING to get... to everyone, but she was super pleasant and attentive. The food was good, and the restaurant was clean. I would go back again ina heartbeat. Read more

This is a pretty nice Applebee?s, great service, decent wings, great drinks, and even when compared to more ?upscale ? joints in... the area, they haven?t let me down. My favorite Bartender/ server, Cat is a gem, super nice, fun, and can make a yummymartini.... love Cat and will go to her on date night going forward, hope she sticks around! My mother & I were in town & she had a gift card so off we went to Applebee?s. My past experiences have been mixed at various... Applebee?s. However, our server, Irene was awesome. Any small detail was taken care of quickly. Food came out promptly & wastasty. There was a small mixup at the end with our gift card.
