Multiple bad experiences. Did a walk in order and after waiting 5 minutes to place an order the employee just started blankly at... me when they finally got to the counter. The drive thru is equally a miserable experienced with clearly apathetic anddemoralized staff. The Dunkin towards Dryden on 13 is much better. Read more
The workers are normally super pleasant people, but the one this morning has an attitude right when getting to the window and... was super rude when being asked if she could lean just a little bit more so that the we could get the food. Read more

The doors are locked, so you have to pick up your order from the drive thru. They needed to reimburse me for my order because... they didn't have bagels and they asked for my app but didn't know how to reimburse through there, so they reimbursed through mycard instead. The workers are rude. Read more
I'm only putting this at a three because the awful 10 minute wait for each person plus an additional 5 minutes if necessary was... awful, not perfect for a fast food place. But the workers were great and friendly. The food also was fresh and tasted great butif I waited that hour long wait to get my food, I would been late to work and had awful undelightful food which no one shouldreceive and no one should be waiting a long time for food and/or drinks. I come here all the time, the food is always good, though the orders are slightly wrong like 10% of the time. I imagine it's... because of the difficulty in hearing since the attendant always asks what I said even though I feel like I'm screaming. So Iwon't fault them for that. On the other hand though, the service is hit or miss: some people are awesome, while others treat youlike you're inconvenient. It is fast food though, what can you do.. Read more
