Convenient location , gas prices are on par with completion near by, convenient store has food option. We stopped by around 1:30... ish and pizza slices looked dry and not a fresh feel. So we skipped getting the food from here just a gas fill up. Staffs arefriendly and attentive. Easy for many who cross the area , option of quick grab and go food with gas fill up. Read more
Fastrac advertises a member discount as shown on their sign. However, the discount card has not worked for two weeks, and no... discount is available. This is very poor business, especially in light of rising gas prices. Has Fastrac simply found a wayaround discounts and is using this as a method to price gauge? Read more
The women in the store was extremely rude. Wouldn't serve me because I didn't have mask. Guess it's mask only know. You know... medical discrimination is still discrimination. I'm telling everyone to stay away from this store. Read more
Awful and rude service! First she got upset because I was at wrong register! She was doing loud sigh! I got a soda and was... going to get something else, but she was acting like I was a nuisance, so I wasn't going to take anymore time. I go to Cornell for a meeting. Water is found in my fuel tank after fill-up the premium gas from this station. I have trouble... getting up to highway speeds when I come back to home. The day after, I could not start my car because the fuel tank and pumpare partially frozen!!! If you drive BMW, Audi or other high performance cars need premium gas, particularly in the cold winder,this gas station or any other no name local shops could be your nightmare!!! The United States was a safe and developed countrywith decent people doing decent business, however I see it is sinking and getting worse and worse. It is very sad. My 2 centsto anyone who are going to Ithaca or Cornell, just go to the large franchise gas station. Do not expect to much and be ready forany scenarios. When I say it, I mean it. This is the one and only gas station I go to in town. Its member card saves you 10c per gallon and gives you 10% off everything... in the convenient store. The savings are great for an Uber driver like me and the discount on snacks for my riders is a bonus. Read more
The staff are truly lazy and very unfriendly. If I wasn't almost out of gas I would have gone else where. The place needs to... hire more "customer friendly" people that consider customers to be top priority. Don't go here if you don't have to, and if youdo, try to use a card to pay-at-the-pump..
