PEOPLE! Go here for your fried chicken for the rest of your LIFE. A handsome couple runs the place, and they do a suuuuper job... frying up and serving the best chicken I've had in years. Want it fresh, fresh? Call ahead and order! The pieces are huge and ascrispy and crunchy as the name implies. Grab a few honey biscuits to join the party! Even if the pieces weren't the biggestbombs since Castle Bravo, they've changed my mind on chicken tenders as a product -- even these were descumptialicious. Whenever someone mentions wanting good fried chicken that doesn't cost a fortune; this is the place. But I have to warn them... visually. This is inside a gas station. But undoubtedly the best gas station food I've ever had. Fresh chicken fried all day. You can call ahead too for larger orders, but they almost always have several ready to go. The chicken fingers are also freshmade in house and the best I've ever had (not, I have gotten a small bone at times in my chicken fingers) The breading isamazing for both the fingers the traditional bone-in fried. Also to note, a definite spice to the chicken. Nothing that willknock you down, but I always need a good sized drink. Thankfully, the chicken stand in already in a bodega. Read more

I was so excited about my order, haven't had this chicken in a few months or the amazing biscuits. So put an order in over... postmates and went to pick it up. Boyfriend went to go get it, got all the way home and there were no biscuits. Check your orderbefore you leave!!! I hate paying for something that we don't receive and I would have given 4 stars because the food is bombbut no biscuits.. Update: Spoke with the owner who is genuinely concerned. You can go to any business and they?ll tell you they have the best of whatever it is that they make, but when it comes to this... restaurant, it?s nothing but the truth. Not only will the staff explain how amazing the chicken is in comparison to itspredecessors, but so will the customers. They quite literally have the best chicken in the entire city of Ithaca. It?s not ajoke and everyone who is legitimately local knows this to be a fact. Not only do you get the best chicken around here, but youget it with immaculate customer service. The staff is so devoted to their jobs and very personable. The lady that works thekitchen knows her way around that kitchen better than any other and she will always make sure you?re taken care of.
