Ordered a party pack and a some extra wings, and I walked in, and not only was there only 1 guy working (he was getting slammed,... I felt awful!)but the food he made was great! We placed our order a day in advance. When we picked up the order the guy said you ordered 2 sheet pizzas and 4 dozen wings. We... said NO we ordered 1 sheet pizza and 4 dozen wings. He became angry and started throwing stuff. Made us very uncomfortable. Wewon't be back, plenty of other great pizza in Ithaca. Read more
Called for pickup on a whim since I had a coupon. I was put on hold and listened to loud beeping for 3 minutes before being... disconnected. Finally called back and placed my order. I expected it to be poppin but there was only one other order waiting tobe picked up and no one at the drive thru. The wings were decent but the pizza was burnt yet somehow cold even though I arrivedat the time provided. Wouldn't rush back. Read more

Pudgies has one of my two favorite pizzas in Ithaca. However, this week with home projects and an overnight shift, I decided to... call for delivery before work. BIG MISTAKE! Phoned at 7:35pm Family pack with a two topping pizza told it would be about 45minutes. Delivery completed at 8:25pm. Get the food inside to find pizza was cheese only and wings were pathetic! (See photo) Being in customer service I was disappointed with the response of Vinny on the other end of the phone. "Nothing I can do aboutthe wings. I can have the driver bring the correct pizza or can offer 1 free topping for your next order." I had TWO toppingswhich he was unable to refund to my card. So I told him to bring the correct pizza in which he said the driver would be back to'exchange' pizzas. How about, "go ahead and keep the incorrect pizza and I'll have the correct pizza to you as soon aspossible? After all I was hungry 45 minutes prior!! I waited, waited, and had to call back just before closing time, told itwas on the way the driver had 'other' deliveries before bringing making my delivery right. Finally received my pizza at 9:11pman hour and 46 minutes after ordering, 20 minutes before leaving for work. Needless to say, dinner was rushed and not enjoyedat this point. $45 for a pizza and 10 wings is pricey! Too much to ask for order to be correct and timely? Sadly, I'll neverorder from Pudgies Ithaca again there are plenty of competitors in town. Read more
Awesome pizza! The crust on sheet pizza rocks. They have a drive-thru and a small section for indoor seating.
Pretty good mom and pop (litterly) pizza and subs. The breadsticks were especially good.
