Overpriced buffet. Needs some quality dishes added. Food is plain. Dessert has many choices.
For $30, we expected a really good buffet, but it was disappointing. Nothing on the salad bar, not much variety. My husband had... a steak that tasted spoiled and shrimp that tasted like flour. The best part, if there is one, was the dessert area. If you'regoing to charge 30+ you should have a lot more food. And the buffet chef at the time was rude, ignored my mom and husbandwaiting to be served cut of meat. Read more
Clean, stylish with a nice variety. I didn't try too much after reading the prior reviews & I am not a buffet... person...regardless, I went with the positive suggestions: ribs, mashed potatoes & broccoli and they were good. My husband tiredmore & wasn't not impressed with the sea food, but liked the shrimp cerveci on the salad bar. We liked the restaurant better atCactus Pete's & the prime rib the night before. The food on the buffet is disgusting. Most of it is overcooked ..there is almost nothing in the clams mussels and crab legs.... Don't think I. will eat there again Read more
The only reason I gave it a one was the steaned broccoli was good, what a disappoint, we thought for $30 we would have a nice... dinner, if there are chefs cooking this food better hire more experienced ones. I hate to say Golden Corral is vetter and withthem it's hit and miss. It's an out right lie the ad you have on line, come on serve food worth eating. Read more
The food was excellent. We love love the mashed potatoes. I?m pretty picky when it comes to ribs but their ribs are sooo good!... We accidentally went a second time on the weekend when it was seafood day, and neither my wife or I like sea food. It was moreexpensive and less options for us, but still enough yummy food to make us happy. We look forward to eating there again! Read more
Decided to take out of state guests to Cactus Petes. Room, gambling and service was wonderful. We have been to the buffet before... and it was outstanding. This time we decided to go again, but it was an embarrassment. Food looked like it was leftovers fromSunday, food was not hot, and the choices were lack luster. We do understand restaurants have bad days. We will try again nexttime. Read more
The food was filling, tasty and satisfying. Service was good. Maybe a bit more selection of meat dishes.
