Great service and good, hot food.
I am a customer that love one's food fresh. I hate contrary waiters at the window. I was the only customer waiting in line and... I couldn't get good service from the waiter at the window drive-thru. These drive-thru employees do not have a public relationsservice training experience yet. Someone need to teach these employees how to service a drive-thru with a smile and a thank youor dismissed themselves. There's not a welcoming employee crew here.. Read more

The cashier Jaalyn (Moore) Greeted a smile and Was Extremely patient while we were deciding on what to order,she was very... friendly and went over everything with us with our total and made sure everything was correct and our food was fresh and hot.She even asked if that was all we need or needed anything else before we left ,This was by far the Best Customer Service by aemployee from any food chain me and my family has experienced. Went to the drive thru last night. Order and money handled fine. The woman at the window handing my food had her mask pulled... below her mouth. I told her that it doesn't do any good she said too bad because she had to be able to talk. Everyone else waswearing them fine. If I get sick now I will know who gave it to me. Read more
Wait time was horrible. Drive through female and female manager had horrible attitudes. After I complained about the horrible... wait time they didn't want to take my money not give me my order. They both walked away and refused to serve me. They had ahorrible turn out time and treat me Horrible. Horrible horrible attitudes and experience. For fast food, Burger King is good! They've been friendly anytime I've ever been there and only had one small mistake with an... order once which I consider to be much better than some other choices. Their app has awesome deals in it so if you eat there andespecially if you have a family eating there but don't have the app I'd suggest getting it as it's totally worth it! Read more
