The last time I went to Jack's I ordered a breakfast combo but was charged for each item individually. Food quality was average. I ordered the 12 piece nugget meal. The main issue, as with most fast good restaurants in South... Alabama, was service. The guy working the register seemed to be poorly trained and barely interacted with me. Another employeedidn?t say a single word to me when I asked for sauce. This was my first time eating at Jack's. Everything was hot and fresh and the staff was fantastic. Will definitely return.
This is a very new Jack's and it is very nice and clean. The staff are very courteous and helpful. With it being a newer Jack's... it also has outdoor seating available and different look than the older Jack's do. The food is still great though! Read more
Maybe next time.. visited Thursday July 7th, 2022, and after twelve minutes in the drive thru line without a vehicle moving, we... left.. headed north, and hit McDonald's in Grove Hill..I like Jack's, and was definitely looking forward to their food, but itwas already after the lunch rush; nearly 1.30 in the afternoon, I thought they would have been faster service.. like I said,maybe next time..
