Prices are ridiculous won't be back. I'll go to Popeye before I there and they ain't the best place to eat either.
Because of Ms Patricia kindness and professionalism toward me ans the fact that the food was hot and delicious, I give this KFC... on College Ave in Jackson Ala. a 5 star review. Horrible service and not so great chicken. Waited in drive thru for over 20 mins. before we ordered (only 1 car ahead, waiting).... Ask for a chicken sandwich for myself and was informed they did not have the chicken for the sandwich but, could make me onewith chicken strips (ok) and fries, order for my husband as well 3 pc dinner, white, extra crispy, with mash potatoes andcoleslaw. Waited forever again for food and to pay. Paid, then received box in a bag no sandwich or fries, ask the lady aboutmine, her response was I thought that was the car behind you, Paid again (sandwich and fries not on receipt). Get down the roadhubby has no coleslaw... NOT going back! Needless to say we will not be visiting this KFC again. We got there at 11 so it was before the rush. The place was DISGUSTING. Food on all the tables. The picture of the drink stains... is the table we sat at (there were drink stains or food stains on every table so it was just a "pick the least gross" thing)Thedrink dispenser/counter nasty. No lids stocked and gross inside where the lids would even go. Obviously the place wasn't cleanedfrom the day before. The staff made us feel like it was was an issue we chose to dine in. The ONLY decent thing about eatingthere was the fact our food was fixed fresh but that's prob only bc it was still early.
