The food was delicious and the drinks were too. They had music tonight and Will did an amazing job.
So I just moved here and decided to try Shuckers. I ordered a bowl of gumbo and while it was good, some of the rice was... undercooked. My boys had football practice and afterwards we decided to try it again and this time got 4 bowls. We live almost30 min away and when we got home we were highly upset. They were half full and two of them were dry. I tried to call severaltimes and they refused to answer my call. I will never patronize them again and I will dispute the charges with my bank firstthing in the morning. They have terrible service, and I hope they get what they did back ten fold. Our family visited the restaurant on last night. The waitress intentionally did not give my mom some crab clusters and a potato... she ordered. If they did not want to cook that particular item they could have expressed that prior to us ordering. Read more
Would give zero stars if that was an option. Food was meh. Chicken was over cooked and dry. Shrimp was rubbery. Main issue was... the attitude of the bleach blonde waitresses when asking for a to go box and if we needed to pay at the table or up front andthen more attitude by I?m assuming the woman owner wearing shorts and a sleeveless top when leaving. Told her to have a goodnight and received a death stare in return. Very weird and toxic environment where everyone seems to have an attitude that youdecided to eat dinner there. Read more
Arrived @ 6 ... waited for a table 20 Minutes , not unusual .& didn't mind . We sat down and ordered our Apps & Drinks... IMMEDIATELY .. but did Took 40 Minutes for my Husband to get his Raw Oysters , his meal came after approx another 30 minutes ,my appetizer still had not come.. He finished his app & meal before any of my food came. Finally my appetizer came and it wasmissing some of the items ... Could not believe it .. Cancelled my meal at this point , when the OWNER merely said , we arebacked up.. that is all he said. The Owners attitude was basically Take it or Leave it. I was really impressed with Shuckers, it?s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal or a drink on game night. On... Thursday nights they have live entertainment and they even have an outside area that?s perfect for watching the game and sippingon your favorite beverage. The food was Good and the service was Great, all the employees were friendly, Kimberlyn (ourwaitress) made sure everything was perfect. the restaurant is nicely decorated and most important very clean! I had the taco trio. Very good. Fried fish was also good. Big portions. Would recommend.
