I?ve personally never had an issue with any of the employees. I?m polite to them and they?ve been polite to me. They usually... have the freshest food of any Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Like it?s not just slopped together and it hasn?t been made and satunder a warmer all day. They?ve yet to mess up my order. Got zero complaints and I hope they continue with their superior tacomaking skills. Usually I?ll get a Taco Bell craving then after getting what I want I?m left disappointed, not since moving hereand visiting this particular Taco Bell. Every time I get a craving for a crunchwrap or chulupa they deliver the goods. Everyorder has been satisfying. Even my picky kids love eating from this ?taco store?. My husband and I visited this location on 10/29 and were really pleased. We ordered on the kiosk which was a very easy and quick... process. The girl who reviewed our order and made our food was SO friendly!! That girl needs a raise! I didn?t get her name butshe was wearing a gray hoodie. It was around 7:40pm when we stopped in. They were busy with the drive thru but got our order outin a reasonable manner. Way better customer service and food than any fast food in Thomasville! Read more

Terrible experience..waiting 15 min on food then was told they were out of rice for my grilled cheese burrito and one of the... employees kids was running around the restaurant yelling and disrespecting her running up and down the furniture moving all thetable and chairs.
