Ok. A little disclosure here. This was a day of first for me. I have not been to a Jack in the Box since 1971, that's when I... left the Best coast to live in the other side of this great country . To say best, I will say,"I'll be bawk". I went there for apickup and it was my first one, that's #1 then #2 was going inside to see a clean and we'll kept eating establishment. Well litand the staff were exceptionally nice. They had the order ready and even helped me figure out which button to push to know whereto take it. They had a wide assortment available and I can't wait to go back and order one of each thing. So if you are fromaround here (the Best Coast) you know what to expect, quality food and a fair price. Make sure you get your card back before you drive off! I pulled up, the person taking my order instantly had an attitude because... I asked for just a moment before my order ?ummm ok? she says, then we order, she?s acting like she?s on crack while she gets mycard, being very rude and jumpy and just really weird. So she gives me my drinks and bag and I asked if everything was in thereshe said yes, my mistake for trusting that. We get home and they forgot some of our food, drove back there and got the food theydidn?t give us. Come back home and realize hey where is my debit card it?s not in my wallet?. Go and look at my bank accountbecause I can?t find it anywhere and 3 different orders were charged to my card. I had to quickly call and get it canceled causeI didn?t know what was going on. Waited in line and was met with a guy who said to wait a minute which I was fine with. He then got interrupted by a lady who... told me to order when ready. I was still looking when she impatiently pushed with "what can we get you" and I responded with"regular roost fries please" she was very pushy and very snappy, responding back with a large "NO" Followed with "we haven'tstretched them". Every time I've gone, they have to make the popcorn chicken fresh which is nice but definitely takes the fast out of fast food.
