This Jamba Juice rocks, everyone is so sweet here. There's a lady that collects and cares for the decorative Orchids they use to... brighten up the place and I absolutely love it! The employees here have the jamba spirit for sure. Never mind just buying ajuice and leaving, I like the atmosphere and the colors here :) Read more

The smoothies are always good, but when I came in today the environment was less than appealing. The inside of the store was... very hot, which I told the cashier, who denied what I felt. Then another there customer spoke up to agree with my notion that itwas very hot inside. There also was no music playing and the cashier had a a slight attitude. Another customer, upon receivingtheir smoothie, noted that it is not the usual color of the smoothie she ordered. Both workers got very defensive, and thecustomer left. For the remainder of my time waiting for my smoothie, the workers continued to talk poorly of that customer andspoke about how they were absolutely right and she was out of line. So by writing this review, I expect the same workers tospeak badly of me and argue they did nothing wrong. I really like this store, hence my 3 stars rather than 1star, despite myexperience. I do feel the need to voice my concern with this review. To the owner, something needs to change to ensure aconsistency of excellence rather than a hit or miss experience for your customers. The inside temperature, attitudes andatmosphere need to be more closely monitored to solve these issues. Lastly, I will be willing to change my review if theexperience at this location improves and is consistent. Best wishes! Read more

I placed an online order, and when I showed up to a mostly empty store, the cashier was texting. Turns out they hadn't even... started my order. They promptly made it, but the store got busy so my modifications were forgotten. The manager saw me returningmy drink and made me a new one according to my order and it was DELICIOUS. Service can be hit or miss, but the product has beenmostly consistent so I keep coming back. Read more
