I wanted to take the time out to show my appreciation by posting a five star review. If I could have rated my experience at this... location 10 stars I would. What most impressed me today was a young lady named Jill. She had exceptional customer service skillsand excellent people skills. She greeted me when I came in and even though I jumped on my phone as soon as she got to thecounter she treated me with the upmost respect and understanding. As soon as I was done with my phone call she was quick to getto the front to take my order. Besides all of that she was 100 miles an hour in the back working diligently to fulfill orders. Staff was very friendly & helpful but the pizza was bland. Best part of the pizza was the crust. They were out of the thin... crust pizza that was advertised. The breadsticks were gross, they were cooked but very bland & rubbery. It's been a couple ofyrs since having had Little Caesars & it looks like it'll be some yrs till I have it again! Read more
A terrible experience! On my way home from a very long day of work just for them to say they are only taking cash.... screw you... guys and this location. It's one issue after another here. Never changes. And here I finally leave a honest review of thislocation... And it honestly deserves to be shut down that is extremely inconvenient for all the customers.... your store justlost a major amount of money today and for how ever long your stupid system has been down. Terrible customer service!!! Nevercoming here again!! Or pay for my dinner and I will consider revisiting this location. But until you guys fix this location I'mnever stepping foot here. I'm sitting here in the parking lot waiting for my friend to get her pizza. She went in and paid cash for her order and asked... how long it would take. The cashier gave her a heated look and told her "idk....a good minute," and then proceeded to argue withthe other worker in the store. My friend felt uncomfortable so decided to cancel her order and get a refund. The cashiercontinued to give her attitude and told her that she couldn't get a refund because there was no manager working with thecredentials to do so! I love Little Caesar's pizza. My go-to was the stuffed crust but now its the crispy thin crust pepperoni pizza. That and their... wings (buffalo of course) and I am in heaven. The only negative thing I can say is they are overwhelmed by the demand and moreoften than not they suspend online orders, which is my go-to way to order. To sum it up, I have 2 words that say it all.. Pizza Pizza!! Read more
