This place is not good under pressure. The mobile order service is about 20 minutes behind what it quotes on the app. THEY WILL... MAKE YOU LATE FOR WORK. Service is alright. drinks are usually okay. Read more

You never know what kind of day someone is having but here's my experience.. Went through drive thru & she was Unfriendly, did... not smile or greet us. I did ask for my latte to have whip "inside out" (whip on top & bottom ) & that never happened eventhough I got charged for extra whip.. I was visiting from out of town & I thought that the locals in small towns were friendly? Is that only in the movies? Read more

I have been coming here for about 4 years, today was the worst!! Very sad to see the quality of their service, and their drip... coffee. The drive through server tried, and then actualy did, even though I didn't want the cup, gave me a jacked up cup withdual cups, dried and stained Coffee poured all over it, even though she used a stopper, the Coffee seeped through the lid, andthen gave me a bunch of grounds in it also. THIS is an EXPENSIVE cup of COFFEE!! WHAT A HORRIBLE CUP ACTUALLY SERVED IN THEIRDRIVE THRU. YOU better check your order before you leave, their service and quality has diminished!! This is by the worse Starbucks. I constantly have issues when ordering a hot white mocha. Every time I order one I get half the... amount of coffee. I have complained several times about this issues to only receive BS excuses. I didn?t pay for a venti coffeeto only get a Tall size amount of coffee. The wait times are ridiculously long, the staff are not very friendly and could careless about their costumers, and they constantly are closed. Short on staff so the close earlier than you expect so make sure you check on the online ordering before you head there, not too... big of a deal. But...they were out of mocha when I tried to get a hot chocolate (which I totally understand due to shortages)so I got the white mocha but it was burnt to nasty taste. Had to dump it and I was sad to waste my money on it. They were alsoout of sugar cane syrup for the green tea so my SO was advised they can use vanilla, but they didnt warn him to would make is aLOT sweeter than he liked. Such a bad experience. I hardly ever go to Starbucks to start but I got a digital gift card as a gift which was a hassle to use... and took almost 10min to work out, they didn't put my name on my order so my breakfast sandwich just sat there and my drinkwould have if I hadn't remembered they didn't take my name and part of my drinks name. There weren't any straws out and therewasn't one set on the counter when they put the drink down, none of the employees made any eye contact with the guests unlessthe employee had a drink in their hand to give to someone so it took a few minutes to get a straw and then another few minutesto ask about my sandwich.
