Worst Starbucks experience EVER. Placed a mobile order- it took 30 minutes- and the order was wrong and they had to re-make it.... While we who had placed mobile orders were standing there, at least 5 people came in and ordered at the counter - and thenwalked out the door with their orders - while We were still standing there. I visit this star bucks all the time and there wait times have gotten insane they continue to just make drinks for the drive... thur and mobile orders as who ever goes inside is just left to wait 20 mins for a hot white mocha and once it was ready it'swasn't right they forgot the extra shots I paid for at this point I'll just take the drink however it comes 20 minutes for acoffee is ridiculous my food items came out rather quickly witch I appreciate but would be nice to have my coffee to enjoy withmy food Read more
The girls here are always courteous. Service is prompt, even when it is busy. This is, by far, my favorite place to go!!

I really like the staff. My only complaint is the consistently and inordinately long wait times, whether drive thru or inside.... There are instances where the drive thru is moderately busy but inside is not (at all), yet it will take almost 10 minutesinside. Not sure what the issue is. The Starbucks by my work in Rancho Cordova gets really busy (I guess they all do) but Inever have to wait that long. Might be the Jackson location gets such a high volume that it?s impossible to keep up. But thatdoesn?t explain the long wait inside when it?s otherwise relatively slow. Read more
Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to I was in the drive thru for 45 minutes and there was only 6 cars ahead of me. So I tried... going back another day thinking it was just a bad time, same thing the next day. I was in line 30 minutes so I looked inside andsaw multiple employees standing around talking. On top of being slow almost always make the same drink differently to taste. Read more
This Starbucks is just a memory of what Starbucks originally started out to be. They will never rise to what it should be. Don't... pour out some or the customers drink to add whipped cream. Don't contaminate your blending containers and expect just rinsingwith water handles the problem. Make your drinks to taste of coffee, not super sugar iced creations. Don't ignore the customerwhen they question, your customer is your reason for working there. Read more
