What can I say except I enjoy a good dub every now and then. And subway was founded on a good sub at a good price with fresh... stuff to top it off with. Who could want more? Well we did! I had not been to any subway in a bit so when I walked in to see newmenu items I was blown away, but wait for it. The subs listed sounded great and made my mouth water with anticipation, then thegut punch came! The price! I'm a modest person living on modest means so when I see a sub listed for $18 for a large, I meanwhat other size does one buy, I could not justify it. So I ordered my usual 2 subs, the meata ball and the spicy Italian for atotal of yup, you guessed it $18 and I was eating good in the neighborhood. So stop in a get you one of them new subs and let meknow how they are. I will love vicariously through you. Read more
Consistent 10+ minutes to make a single sandwich, and that timer starts when you order. Always have the slowest customer service... unless you get the owner, but then your veggie portions are tiny. Read more
The customer service was great. Great sandwiches with such kind workers. However these poor kids had to endure extreme heat in... this building. Obviously the AC was broken and it was way to hot of conditions for these kids to be workings in. Since the ownerobviously didn?t care because I have gone in multiple days and it is not fixed I am absolutely astonished with how poor ofmanagement these great kids have. I am disgusted with how little affection they have for their workers. I suggest they eitherfix it before I come in next or I will get someone with more power to fix it for them. Absolutely disgusted and sickened withhow these kids are treated. If the customers can see it then I wonder what really goes on. Read more
I ordered a sub from Jackson, in the Cost Less shopping center, and the bottom picture is what I got. The owner had no interest... in making it right. She only blamed Subway corp. for the small serving size. What I learned from Subway is, 3oz of meat on a 6inand 6oz on a foot long. I'm no expert but, that bottom picture doesn't look anything close to 6oz of meat. She did not apologizethen ignored any other communications from me. She never made it right. I hope this is the Jackson.ca Subway i went to. Best customer service ever. Two young kids too. A guy and a gal. I was super... impressed how they took my order , helped me make up my mind, suggested things, and had very good, genuine, small talk as theymade my order....10 star service????? Read more
This was our second time to this Subway as we are from out of town. The young man, probably in his late twenties or early... thirties, that took our orders was friendly, fast, and very attentive. I had the new protein bowl and my husband had a sub. Both were very good. Read more
The food is ok, but nothing special. The bread seemed stale. The front of the place looks clean enough. The people working are... nice enough. The bathroom is disgusting. Everything is broken too.. the light switch, toilet paper dispenser, everything exceptthe paper towel dispenser. Makes me wonder how clean the rest(back part where food is) of the store ACTUALLY is.
