the people who work here are always super nice and I've never gotten my order messed up here!
We go here with some regularity and unfortunately the disappointment continues with the sour management style. :/ The food is... good, but the staff (particularly older staff and higher ranking staff) are not very customer -friendly. They don't seem tovalue the customers or care if they are happy with the service. Frequently out of items and highly inflexible aboutsubstitutions and such. :( We're actually wanting to frequent this location less and less each time we visit it lately. HORRIBLE customer service. Opens the window without saying a word, puts hand out for card, was busy putting my card away and she... is shaking my receipt at me(without a word) then as I'm waiting for my food I look around not paying complete attention andshe's shaking the bag of food in my face(again without a word). She wasn't taking too another customer on the headset, nor wasshe busy putting orders together. Amber L was the name on the receipt. Worst experience customer service wise, even for a fastfood joint. Absolutely ???? love the self serve kiosk. I don't know I'd it's because I feel like I'm cutting in line or that I don't feel... rushed or pressure while I'm ordering. Either way I love it. Now on the atmosphere... The dining room looks like a postapocalyptic after math. There us remains of a self serve condiment station that is dirty and empty. Scary. Place was dirtyand dark. super crispy chalupa with cheese and the pizza was good evwn though my bf got a wack bone in it. but that means at least there... is meat from an actual animal with bones. dont get the wings tho we shoulda known not to get wings from taco bell coz they werelegit the worst wings ive ever had no cap. but all in all i love goin here Read more
The food was good and they got through the drive through line quick. But with 6 food and 3 drink items we got TWO napkins ????
