My 5 year old had to use the bathroom but the inside was closed. We ordered food on the app and when we saw the line was super... long we tried to cancel the order but there was no option for that in the app. So we had to wait in a long line, with a 5 yearold who needed to use the bathroom. The store was nasty, drink station was smelly, had knats flying out from under cabinet, nothing was stocked from lids, straws,... napkins etc, the booths had food from the day before every where, the floor was sticky, they ran out of biscuits early in themorning, one employee yelling at a senior employee it was so disrespectful and sad to hear. I only leave one star because I don?t have the option to leave no stars. The one time I?ve actually been able to place and order... and get food at this restaurant was disappointing. The chicken biscuits and hash browns were ice cold and the soft drink had noflavor. Pathetic Read more

Glad it is back opened because the McDonald's and KFC suck! The complaints are for my burger that didn't have the toppings it... was to get. It had no onion, pickles, and no ketchup. Then they were out of many menu items. Don't forget that the Jackson,GAKFC is the worst location in existence. Read more

Was so happy that this BK has reopened after the fire. 6 mons was a wait. Thought it was worth it. Maybe they're short staffed?... We waited around 25-30 mins in the drive thru (before getting to the speaker). Debated on leaving a couple of times, but stuckit out. We shoulda left. I've worked fast food, many many times. Yes you're in a hurry to get the customer their order, but payattention and make it correctly so they keep coming back. These newer generations want more pay, but so can't do the job. Slowdown a little and read the screen. Just pay attention to what it says. I'd rather wait a little longer and have a correct order,than fast and incorrect. Very simple order. Asked for 2 whoppers, 1 with no lettuce and 1 with no onion no mayo. Even the womanon the speaker repeated it correctly. I guess no one on the assembly line cares to read screens, still. Got 2 whoppers witheverything on it. Ihad a feeling we shoulda checked the bag, but why wait in the drive thru for then to fix it? Burgers werevery bland. No flavor. Won't come back here. I shoulda read the reviews. I didn't realize they were that bad. This visit wasbad. A few visits before the fire was pretty good. Teach employees to always put customer service and accuracy first and you'llhave so many happy customers, they'll be back again and again and will praise you left and right. Customer service is easierthan so many think. You just have to be consistent. Read more
