Terrible experience. Ordered through grubhub (the driver was amazing and none of this was her fault) and nothing was made... correctly except for the pancakes and toasted bread. We ordered $70 worth of food only to have the hashbrowns be HARD, the beeftips be completely charred and inedible, and they almost forgot another part of our order again. We have tried ordering delivery3-4 times now and every time has been a disappointment and something is completely inedible. Eating in is good, but DO NOT orderonline and get delivery. They will mess something up and they don't care at all. Tired of wasting my money here. UPDATE: Triedagain, this is months later and it was even worse than before. Completely forgot an order entirely. The night shift here isabysmal. Don't waste your time ordering after 3pm or you won't even get what you ordered. Changing my rating to a 1 star. My husband and I were on are way back from North Carolina from coming back from our Honeymoon heading back to Texas and we were... hungry so we stopped by to eat. There were only two servers and the restaurant was starting to get busy, but the two serverswere keeping up. Our server Kailey was incredible she stayed on top of everything. Kailey was such a sweetheart and being aserver myself I really appreciated the customer service she provided. And plus the burgers were so good!!! It?s Saturday night 10:30pm and there?s about 3 customers inside. 1 cook on the grill like always but we have literally been... waiting for a hour and a half and STILL DONT HAVE OUR FOOD. This is ridiculous. Waitresses standing around waiting on the cookto produce orders?and it?s NOT their fault. The cook finally asked one of the other employees to help her pull food. So justmaybe we will have our orders in the next 30 minutes?I could understand if they were short staffed but there are plenty ofemployees here. That?s not the problem. 5 of us 3 adults and 2 children went in to eat server was quick to ask about our drinks and then food order. She was very... attentive and interactive and kind. The food came fairly quick and was hot and correct. I believe it tasted good and was a goodvalue and good service. I haven't always been pleased with huddle house but it's usually when I've ordered to go over phone ifand when you get them to answer. Read more
