Food and atmosphere were normal McDonald's, what else can be said. The service is a different story. It was a typical Saturday... night, nothing out of the ordinary. They order was about as normal as it comes. Two cheeseburgers, a hamburger, and a chickensandwich at the drive-thru. The bad part is that we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for our order. This is the worst McDonald's in the whole world. The owners think they can charge whatever they want. Every thing on their menu... is at least 2 dollars more than any other one in the area. Prime example a large frappe at any other McDonald's is 5 bucks theone in Jackson is over 7 dollars!! That is insane!! Read more
The worst people work here they don't have any desire of working and don't treat the customers the proper way I ask the person... who gave me the food twice if there was barbecue sauce in the bag and he said yes twice lier lier no sauce plus the French frieswere cold as hell this workers need to be fired they lie to people that spend there money I will not recommend this place tonobody they suck. One of the trashiest McDonald?s i?ve ever been to. Workers huddled up in the dumpster area with the doors closed, obviously... doing things that they shouldn?t be doing? especially on the clock. This entire place needs a revamp on staffing and management. Read more
Rude manager. Tried to force me to use kiosk because she was to lazy to do her job. Food is worst than a normal McDonald's. All... the fast food restaurants in Jackson are terrible but this one is definitely the worst! Read more
Deserves negative stars.... Worst McDonald's!!! Food never right. Drive thru wait time ridiculous. Forgot our order one time. We... had to go in and they put our order in again. Seen altercations in parking lot with employee and customer once. And last time wewent got a cold coffee and it didn't look right. Half of it was clear. Gave it back and told them it didn't like right. Guy atthe window proceeded to take a straw with paper still on it and stuck it through the straw hole and mixed it up and handed itback with the paper still sticking through the straw hole. I just had the worst customer service experience at McDonald?s in a long time!!! They didn?t prepare my coffee I ordered... correctly. The manager looked to be under the influence and refused to make my coffee correctly. He had a white powderysubstance in his nostrils. I will NEVER I mean NEVER come to this location again. Charging what they want for food. $6.59 for one bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. My daddy goes and gets himself breakfast from... town a lot. He paid $22 for 3 biscuits. 2 of them were inedible when he got them home. This McDonald's sucks. Read more
