Absolutely the worst papa johns ever. You are lucky to even get your order correct and we only order just a pepperoni pizza... every time. Currently waiting on a order now that was placed at 6:20pm and it is not almost 10pm. Called and they said I had twodeliveries in front of me? Like ok for 4 hours I?ve had that????????? Trash. Terrible experience with this store. I should have looked at these reviews beforehand but I paid the price. I ordered a few... pizzas for a big party and they did not deliver because the driver had a blowout, but they did not tell me this until I calledto check on my order. Then the manager, who was supposedly the driver, did not call me back to apologize or do anything about itafter several complaints. I also discovered they charged me more than what I was told when the order was placed. I complained tocorporate and they've done nothing as well. Extremely disappointed in Papa John's. Read more
I could not say enough bad things about this place. Customer service is terrible. Ordered a pizza for delivery and waited over... 2.5 hours. Called after an hour and a half and was told it would be on the way shortly. Called an hour later and it was still inthe oven per the manager. Then changed my order to pick up. Once I arrived at store it STILL was not even in the oven. Thisplace is terrible. Don?t waste your time. It?s always a long wait but today was insane. Read more
WORST Papa John?s ever. I?m not one to typically share a negative review of a restaurant, but this was the biggest... disappointment of my life. What happened to this restaurant? Absolutely NO service! We ordered pizza that we were picking up ourselves. Was told 10-15 minutes? sent my boyfriend in? 40... minutes later no pizza ?they were working ok it? everytime we asked. Finally I walked up and got a refund. Do NOT go here. Weonly had a pepperoni pizza and regular breadsticks? it?s not like we had ordered 10 pizzas. People standing in the backliterally not doing anything?. It?s not like they didn?t have employees. That is nuts. Do yourself a favor. Go give someoneelse your business. Read more
Pizza was super late, burnt, not cut, and we ordered 2 large pizzas and they both look medium.
Horrible service the last 3 times we have ordered pizza from this place. This time we were told 30-40 min to get pizza. Now it?s... been 2 1/2 hours and no pizza. And store is closed. Last time I was in store one of the employees was yelling at other employeesin front of customers. I tried to give chances but definitely done with this place. Update. Received pizza at 11 (ordered at8:30). Pizza looked like trash. But wasn?t going to wait another 2 1/2 hours. Read more
Don't get delivery if you want to be told 30 to 40 mins for pizza then it turn around and be 2 hours later. Plus app says... delivered and when called the store told it was accidentally hit in system when it really just left. App said it was on the way20 mins prior to calling about the delivered notification. Never got pizza due to cancelled after 2 hour wait and kept beingtold driver was on the way. Read more
