Very proud of Jackson Pilot today, for starters I reserved parking thru the app early in the day once I knew shipper was holding... me up and everyplace in Jackson is full at night, when I finally showed up at 11 of course all spots taken, when I went in afterfueling to ask for my points back she said no sir we have a list and if your on it you get a spot.. they actually sentmaintenence out to remove anyone that wasn't paid, by the time I parked it looked like 3-4 others had moved out, way to goPilot, and on top that the showers were way cleaner than most I've been to and had great pressure with plenty of hot Pilotreally exceeded expectations today Read more
We travel with dogs and this location was so clean and free of debris and litter outside! Usually places we stop for gas have... broken glass and other gross stuff we have to avoid for our dogs - this stop was as clean outside as it was inside (which wasalso spotless). This is a quick and easy stop right off the highway. They have 10 regular pumps and while busy during the day, it is normal to... low traffic at night. Bathrooms are clea . Staff were pleasant and friendly. They have a Dairy Queen and Wendy's at thislocation, but I did not visit either. Convenient, new, and clean. Read more
Under new management Nothing has changed, the current remodeling is just a new coat of paint. There is still a good amount of... parking and people still dont park in the lines. Fueling is a bit of a wraparound but generally either here or loves (next door)is cheapest. Inside there is always a wait, doesn't matter if its Wendy's or the fuel desk. They have 2 dedicated RV lanes, although they don't have Pay At the Pump, in those lanes. There isn't any dedicated RV parking... up front, I ended up, having to work my way around back and park in the truck parking area, which was a challenge to get in andout of because of the way the truck pumps are situated it creates a very congested area getting to the truck parking. They havea DQ, Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts so lots of choices for food. Read more
Not happy with this Pilot. 1st there was trash all over the parking lot. 2nd the men?s room needed to be clean. I can understand... that a little since I stopped on Thanksgiving maybe some of the staff was off for the holiday. But the thing that made itunbearable is it had no WiFi to connect to. When looking for Wifi it shows up as Pilot Free Wifi but never let me log in for theservice. Read more
