Sunday around 12:30, the restaurant wasn't busy and that worried us. It took a while to get waited on and then we were served... the wrong drinks and wrong soup. After waiting an even longer time, we were brought cold food. Not slightly warm but actuallycold meats and very small portions. The waitress took the food back and came back with it slightly warm. She never returned sowe ate it cool because we were starving. We let her know when she brought the check but she didn't seem to care. The prices werehigher than the lunch menu listed but we just wanted to go. We will NEVER give this place anything business in the future. Read more
A huge( I mean HUGE!!!!) Waterbug flew towards me while I was eating. I was sitting at booth with my family . The wall is at the... end of the seat. I was sitting near the wall where the huge monster flew out of I was so grossed out. The manager didn't evencome apologize. He just told the waitress to take $6(10%) off of our meal. I would put zero stars if I could but I wanted this review to be seen because today I had to deal with coming back up to this... location an hour before they close because the server that took my card when my husband came inside to pay for the TOGO ordershe never gave him the card back and I Never got a call letting me know they had my card! My phone number was connected to myorder and they ask for that every time you call with your name, so they definitely could of at least called me but I justrealized an hour before they close I didn?t have my card and the way I was treated and explained to why it happened was veryUNPROFESSIONAL and very disrespectful! I will never eat at this location ever again they seem to not care about stealing cards Iused to work as a MANAGER in the restaurant industry for a couple years and this is uncalled for and my job would of been on theline if I let this happen! I've been to Saki a few times. The staff is a little lacking but the sushi is very good considering we live far from Atlanta.
We were a party of 6 (4 guests visiting from NYC) and wanted to order hibachi. After the fourth person ordered, the waiter said... no one else can order hibachi because they only had four hot plates! ???? The weird thing is we were the only customers in therestaurant!! I ended up ordering shrimp tempura with udon noodles. What I received was spaghetti noodles with teriyaki sauce onthem! I am Japanese and love udon noodles! So very disappointed!
