Such a tiny amount of ham on my sandwich that I couldn't even taste it. Probably won't go back.
The store needs detailed cleaning... The sandwich ???? was ???? but pricey....
Does not take coupons. Sign on door that has been there 9 mths now that I know of, says "not taking coupons at this time"....at... what time do you plan to take coupons??? Read more

The Air Conditioner wasn't working properly in the hot summer, this couldn't be good for preserving the foods, nor comfortable... for customers and employees alike; yet staff was accommodating and pleasant. Service was good but they were out of several thing's said crew before didn't do prep for there shift and also commented that... they were not going to do the prep for them before they closed. And this location is owned by Mohamad and he doesn't takecoupons for subway never has never will and does not participate in any of subways promotions. It's a shame we don't haveanother option in city of Jackson that's open after 6 or7 once the grocery deli closes. Read more

Went to subway yesterday for a quick lunch and as I was eating my sandwich I noticed a weird red spot on my paper. There was... nothing red on my sandwich? then I looked at the underside of my sandwich and see blood smears on my sandwich!! Blood!! Theperson making my sandwich must have cut themselves and instead of cleaning themselves up they just continued to make thesandwich while bleeding! Who knows how much random human blood I ate! I?m so grossed out. Please let your employees know to takecare of themselves if they get hurt! I don?t care about a sandwich that much. Go get yourself a bandage!
