Well, apparently even the manager doesn't know the difference between the taco Supreme and a regular taco. Paid for the Supreme... meal got regular tacos with sour cream on the side and had to go back to get the tomatoe. Not to mention that the Supreme tacosare bigger than regular tacos. They closed the dining room right after I ordered because the cash register wasn't working. Soeverything was going through the drive through. I don't understand why this particular KFC/Taco Bell always seems to have a lotof problems with getting an order right!! The staff however for the most part are very friendly. This place is still just as bad as ever! I have refused to even go in the parking lot for more than 10 years it has been so bad... and nasty. But my grandkids and wife said it was better now that it had new help and management and that they wanted to getsome tacos. So I went even though I had said I would never again. I should have said NO! Very very slow service in the drivethrough waited 45 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and then didn't get what we ordered part of the order was wronginstead of 3 soft taco supreme we ended up with 2 soft meat and cheese only no lettuce or anything else. Nacho fries werealmost empty box and cold. The other part of order was give write but not good and cold to according to granddaughter. "NEVERAGAIN will I go back". Didn't even receive a receipt. If I could leave no stars I would. Crappies restaurant in Jackson. Hire some people that are not related to you that want to... earn a pay check. Waited 30 mins waiting on drive thru food half to be missing and falling apart before we had a chance to eatit. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars! I?ve been here 4-5 times over the last couple years since I live close... and I?ve never had a good experience. The staff is rude and act like you are an inconvenience. I stopped on Labor Day and thegirl seemed like she was in a bad mood. I went out of my way to be extra friendly and try to brighten her day. I was met withblank stares and a very poor attitude. I asked for fire sauce after receiving my food and was assured there was some in the bag,of course there wasn?t. This was the last time I will ever go there and I really hope they can find a new manager/staff or justclose down so someone with a little more knowledge on how to run a restaurant can use the space. Please tell me how this place is still in business?? I just ordered a Cravings Box and received a Taco with a WHOLE KFC Chicken... strip in it.. My Chalupa I was supposed to have avocado on there and it?s basically a PLAIN thick Taco.. Too the young Gentlemanthat paid attention to the car that pulled off showing out instead of getting what we ask for not twice but three times Dobetter please.. Absolutely DISGUSTING ???? ?????????? The service was horrible (Drive-Thru) . Order completely wrong and the steak was old ????... my 3y/o literally threw up from his soft taco OMG ???? SHUT DOWN ALREADY ?? There are people that are able and willing to work, so they need ALL NEW STAFF AND TRAINING BC THE FILKS WORKING IN THERE NOW ARE MAKING THEM LOSE MONEY????I only gave 1 star toleave a comment. If i could give them no stars i WOULD! All the workers were standing outside the restaurant goofing off? on the clock I?m sure.... My boyfriend ordered our meals and they seemed to be out of EVERYTHING! I don?t know who is running this establishment butsomething needs to change. My boyfriend?s burrito was cold but my quesadilla was burnt to a crisp? how does that work? The ladyat the drive thru was very rude when my boyfriend kindly asked for some hot sauce. just now NEW I?ve worked in this area a little over 6 months. I am so disappointed with this KFC/Taco Bell. Every time I wait my... entire break time (30 minutes) in line because it takes forever. I understand everywhere is short staffed and I am appreciatepeople are coming to work, but they are never happy and my orders are almost always wrong. Today in line i waited 44 minutes Iwas also getting my co worker food because she wanted it from Taco Bell so I waited, because otherwise I would?ve driven off. Myfood was literally burnt to a crisp, with no silverware added so I?m currently eating my added potatoes with a straw at work. Iwas frustrated at the line, then the service, and now the quality of the food. By no means would I go to the extent of standingout front like the protestor a few months ago with a sign stating ?worst KFC ever?, but come on do better?.
