My Husband and I just went to this Particular Waffle House in Jackson, Georgia ....but Babeeee.???????? Mr. William "Will" {the... Manager}his staff..... Ms. Jay {the Cook} Ms. Minta{Our Waitress}were all Fantastic...Our Food was Excellently Cooked toPerfection.....Our Waitress was on point with her timing in serving us .... she was very sufficient to our needs and herCustomer Service was Very Compassionately shown .....the atmosphere an Vibes are what every Waffle House should have.....theirService was Expeditiously shown to us.....I saw the other Reviews and maybe they went at a different time or they had adifferent Manager and Staff, but we did Not Experience No Negativity here at this establishment what so ever...so go and getthis experience we had...you definitely won't be disappointed...this staff was working together like your Family in the kitchenduring the Holidays....Laughing and Happy doing their job in Serving....a Pleasant place like Home!!!! Was served hashbrowns with some big burnt piece of something layed across the top like it was some decoration. There was no way... the cook didn't see it nor the server. Just to lazy an sorry to remove it. It was very un-appealing. This was in Jackson Georgia Read more
Sat for 20 min before the waitress even acknowledged us. Water tasted like mildew which mean the fountain hasn?t been properly... cleaned. Tried to take order before giving menus. Cool very slow, only cooked one order at a time in a very busy restaurant. Read more
I would not recommend this waffle House. The cook there does not take showers for days at a time. He only dumps cologne on... himself to cover the stank. Waffle House also has his tags stating he has worked there since 2019 when I know for a fact he'sonly worked there since late 2021. Sadly I live with this person. So unless you want your food cooked by a nasty person I wouldnot recommend coming here. Read more

Hats on backwards no gloves while cooking the server was so rude and kept rolling her eyes our food was cold because she was all... over the place doing nothing. her remark to me when I told her I wanted Sprite was "well that's all the way over on the otherside do you want anything else?" She really hated her job and it showed! Not only was she rude to us but the people that sat infront of us she was to them as well and messed up their order. The waffles are to thick just a mess!
