It was hot and all was there as I went through the drive through but portions are small for the price and always seem to be on... the slow side on filling orders inside and out. Update 3/26/22 even though the drive through line was long it moved pretty fastand the attendant at the drive through was polite and friendly and food was correct and hot. Flavor was good. Service was alittle faster than it has been but still on the slow side and the amount of slaw you get is definitely not worth the bother orprice. Read more

My Husband and I were in there for dinner tonight it was awful table's were not clean trash all over the floor coke machine... was broken water running everywhere. when I got ready to leave I went up front to get a refill on my drink. one employeewouldn't wait on me and kept walking right pass me as if she didn't see me standing there. and it wasn't at all busy!! Love their french fries!They are non-greasy,cooked and not raw,and are available with or without seasoning.

Food good. Host friendly. Every time we go in this restaurant, we have to try and find a clean table. Have to settle for the... cleanest table out of all the dirty tables. Complaining don't work. As an employee at this location I can tell you that the community and work environment are amazing, we have our rough days but... we all try our best to make sure that our guests are happy and fed on time and enjoy their visit. Even tho I eat this everytimeI work I still love the food and my fellow employees. 2/3/22 , they were busy but definitely very quick , didn?t have to wait long and they had a good bit of cars lined up so they... were very fast with ordering , the young lady at the speaker took my order and was very nice , had great customer service. 10/10recommend her . then i got to the window and there was another young lady and she was absolutely great . i have never had thiskind of customer service . she was on top of everything and she was there for all my needs . 10/10 definitely recommend her andher name is emilee . this zaxbys has great staff and i definitely will be back again :) Read more

I visit this location very often & the food is always incredible. It's fresh, hot, & delicious. However, I can't give 5 stars... because if there's more than 3 cars in the drive thru, you're going to wait 15 minutes or more, which is absolutely ridiculous. Read more
