I just went to DQ in Jackson. I ordered a large chocolate Sundae. Somehow the lady got a hot fudge sundaes. They are two... different sundaes. I?m curious about the sizes of the sundae. Why do large sundaes seem smaller? I know I ordered a largechocolate sundae and not a hot fudge sundae. Read more
It was about 6:30 I think. We stopped at a the DQ in Jackson , Ky and had the worst bacon cheeseburgers and onion rings ever. ... The cokes and sundaes were ok, but we both threw the burgers and onion rings away. The looks turned both our stomachs. I toldhim the Pattie?s looked like they found road kill and made burgers . Was the worst experience I've had in a long time. After waiting 10 minutes for them (2) to operate one register and attempt to... take the order of the 1 person ahead of me, finally ordered, 2 burgers, one with fries and one with onion rings, after 20minutes of waiting, while my onion rings sat on the shelf for 10 of those minutes, I requested my money back. My boyfriend and I used to work at this Dairy Queen. I received my W2 in the mail and he did not. We have given them time to... send it and still nothing. We decided to go in and ask about it. We was very polite but the manager there just stared at uswhile no orders were coming in or anything. There was cashiers outside smoking. We waited 15 minutes for someone to talk to us.After that wait, the employee was very rude and so was the manager. Completely unprofessional and rude to everyone. This placeis a joke. Read more
This was an amazing Dairy Queen. We rolled in about lunch time with 17 motorcyclists with no warning. I have never seen a... dairy queen get food out so fast. The orders were perfect and the food was good. I think this location is the gold standardfor how a restaurant should operate. Great job. Read more
So I walk in, order my food. And they said they disrespectful words ?were out?. So I jump over the counter and take a Lil look... for myself. And now I have to pay a fine.
