I came inside and no one was at the counter so I ordered on the kiosk which kept stalling and took a long time to order... meanwhile other people were able to be helped at the counter I waited for my food with my table number and it never came Ilooked at the counter and there it was our lunch getting cold. Charged extra for ?extra caramel?. Looks like extra caramel to me. Do better.
What is wrong with these employees?! They never get an order right. There's a difference between "extra pickles" and "no... pickles". Idiots or just flat out lazy. I'd fire them all and start with a new crew. People who actually want to work. Read more
The one of the cheapest franchise to dine at, drive thru or park and brought out, is not so cheap any more. Do they even have... dollar menu? They have got the app that you can order, pay, and drive thru or parking lot deliver. Plus you can get points forfree stuff, but can't you your rewards with other deals. They are usually fast about getting food to the customers, but gettingexpensive for a person to stop and just get big Mac meal. I guess it's like everything else, prices are going up and don't lookto level out anytime soon. Read more

For fast food restaurant, decent food and service. A little lacking on quantity of side orders. Mobile app is also decent to use... you can order from home and they prepare once you get there and check in. You can either drive thru pickup or curbside pickuponce you check-in. The app sometimes glitches, but nothing is perfect. Read more
Me and my friend had placed a breakfast delivery order through the Mcdonalds app this morning and never got our order. Mcdonalds... claims that they had never gotten it, but the money was taken out of my account ($20-30). I went to the establishment to checkon my order and they said they couldn?t do anything for me. Ended up losing the money and got no food. Read more
