Been eating here for a very long time the staff has always been great and the food has always been fresh the store always clean
I worked for taco bell for 13 years. I always freak no matter where I am (I work on the road), taco bell is always a safe choice... BUT this taco bell set me straight on that!! I got a nacho belgrande extra everything... The beans were hard as a rock and asolid form of the scoop they came out of, the tomatoes were nothing but skin and so tough, the nacho cheese tasted so old and alittle burnt. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla with NO sauce but what do you know it had sauce and it might have been grilledfor 10 seconds. No grill markings on the tortilla and the cheese still cold on the inside. When I pulled up to the window, thewindow itself was disgusting, and they were arguing so loud inside at each other about training that you could hear themoutside. Our orders are never right, not one time have we recieved the right thing that we ordered. But it quick and cheap.... I guess... you just get what you've paid for in this case!! Read more
Orders are hit or miss on whether you get all the food. I like Taco Bell but the one in Jackson needs a lot of work. Ordered 5... layers, got bean burritos. Same order, a couple crunchy tacos and doritos tacos tossed in the bottom of the bag with nocardboard on them so they were busted and had to be eaten with a fork. On top of them was a Mexican pizza that had the heaviestitems on top so the pizza was smashed into the lid. Just a mess but if you call them they just tell you to drive all the wayback with the food to have it replaced. Gas is too high for that right now. Wish they would improve but haven't seen it yet. Well gave a good review 3 months ago, but taking it back. Went to Taco bell/kfc, ordered 2 craving boxes and a chicken sandwich... the order was taken at 8:33pm. didn't get my order until 9:05pm. There were plenty crew members doing nothing. The boy on thefront line had to go back and finish my order while the crew in the back were to busy talking to get out of his way or to help.I was so disappointed. Bought a KFC chicken sandwich (in Jackson) and bit into a huge bone. HOW does this happen? Had to wait in the drive-thru for... over 15 minutes behind ONE car to receive a refund. I was offered another sandwich, that I politely declined. Smh Read more
