I hate to rate Applebee's so low, but the experience there was terrible. We ordered the sample platter and French onion soup to... start off. The best thing on the platter was the cheese sticks, everything else was not that good. My gf ordered the Frenchonion soup and she stated it was mushy, so she had to order another one. She said the 2nd bowl tasted like it was watered down.I ordered a cup of coffee and the server came back and stated they were out. I thought this was ridiculous and I was not veryhappy. I hope they improve their food and their drink availability. I will say that everyone on the staff were nice to us. Thatwas the positive I took away from there. Read more

Our server was Blake and did a fantastic job with our service today. He was with a young lady named serenity who he was... training! Also very professional and nice! Blake Offered sour cream with my yummy soup! Also offered a delicious drink! Mickeyin the back hooked us up with some fresh tenders in some fresh oil!!! Boy were they delicious!!! Our waitress was the absolute best I think I've ever had. Her name was Cassie(hopefully). She was friendly made sure everything... we wanted we had. I was a little limited on what I could eat and she was so helpful. I ordered steak potatoes and broccoli I didask for well done however I got a burnt hockey puck. I am not one to complain but no way could I have eaten it. She stayed closeto the table right after giving our food to us because she already knew anyhow she went and had the cook remake a new steakapologized and we talked for couple mins she was very understanding and very polite! She discounted our meal and sent us homewith a fresh meal not just steak. I wish more people like her worked in public food, hospitality she made our dinner so muchbetter with just a great attitude! It was a very calm day. Food came out hot and in a timely effort. Not one thing was incorrect. There was a small hair in my... daughters food. Which they corrected immediately. Typically we have a good experience, however, that was not the case during our last visit. Our waitress was NEVER around, she... would pop around the corner from time to time but never checked on us and was gone before we could flag her down. The managerdelivered our food that took forever and refilled our drinks. We even had to chase a different person down to get our bill. Thefood was just okay not as good as it normally is. Our waitress I believe goes by the name Dye/dy she was absolutely wonderful! So sweet and caring she truly made our experience... the best. Very thoughtful! Seemed very busy and under pressure with all the tables she was given but handled it all so well.Seems as though she tries so hard and doesn't receive recognition for her hard work. Service was a little slow but it was still such a great experience. We went late and I learned apps are 1/2 off so that was... cool. The waitress was so nice!
