Hadn't ever stopped here and wanted to try somewhere new. The food DID NOT DISAPPOINT... but some things did. I was told my... order would be done in 20 mins. I waited 15mins before walking in and ended up sitting and waiting for about another 15mins. Themenu on the page isn't updated and I was hit with a bill that seemed 2x more than I was expecting. I hold myself accountable fornot asking how much the order was going to be on the phone but I do suggest the menu to be updated with the cost in house. Ialso witnessed something that was a major issue but I won't be publicly posting what I saw but do know it was an unintentionalscrew up. P.S. The Belle Notte pizza was one of the best pizzas I ever had though. It was amazing Read more

Scallops were good. The Chicken Alfredo was ok. Well go back but likely wool start with the really traditional Italian dishes.

Had a wonderful 33rd. wedding anniversary dinner here. Service was impeccable. Thank you to our server, he was awesome. The... bartender served a perfect Long Island and gin & tonic. I highly recommend this restaurant. Read more

Stopped in for dinner. We wanted something quiet and not a chain restaurant. Quiet, full service, ample menu. Service was... prompt. Had coconut shrimp appetizer (very good) and Pasta. Left stuffed. I'll be back. Read more

We ordered food for take out and were told 20-30 minutes. We came in after 30 minutes to be told that our food wasn't ready... (which, okay, there was a huge event downtown, so that's understandable) AND that as soon as we got off the phone after placingthe order, they noticed that two of the items we ordered were unavailable. They didn't contact us to let us know OR ask if wewanted anything else, just "Well we don't have it." THIRTY MORE MINUTES AFTER THAT, they bring out our hot food. (The Greeksalad, the side salads, and the bruschetta [i.e. the cold food] will take longer to make than the hot food.) I ask about thebread that comes with the meals and I'm told "Well, we have to put it in the oven for four minutes and it'll be cold by the timeyou get home." Once I note that I live 10 minutes away, the server asks, "Well, I can give you the bread and you can put it inyour oven at home then." What? I tell her not to bother with the bread and olive oil. Ten minutes after that, she comes out withall of the cold items. I open the top package to discover the cold bread I specified that I didn't want. At this point, I justtake everything because I'm tired of waiting an additional FORTY MINUTES past the original ETA. So would I recommend thisplace? Absolutely not. Utterly frustrating all around. My husband and I come here for our anniversary every year. We order calamari and the Bella notte pizza. Every time. We live near... Detroit and we pick Bella’s over every other restaurant. Tonight we celebrated our 12th anniversary and we were givencomplimentary champagne and our sweetheart waitress brought us complimentary cannolis with a little lit candle for dessert!!!!Sooo sweet- best little gem of jackson. Great service and better food. Really wanted the tiramisu, but sold out because it’s so good.
